As MP Iryna Gerashchenko reminded, the law provides for the restoration of the electronic declaration system, namely:
- renewal of declarations not only for the current year, but also for all previous years;
- resumption of special inspections. For people participating in hostilities, 90 days are provided for submitting an e-declaration after returning to the TAC or the end of hostilities;
- data on all declarants should be made public.
