In the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation, unidentified persons shot at a car of Russian border guards, killing a lieutenant colonel of the FSB.

The vehicle belonged to the border guard department in Bryansk region. The attack took place on a UAZ Patriot near the outskirts of the village of Ustyka.
The attack on the car was recorded around 4 p.m. The unidentified men opened fire with automatic weapons and then fled the scene.
The lieutenant colonel, who served as deputy head of the logistics department, was fatally wounded as a result of the shooting. He died at the scene.
“The Russian Volunteer Corps confirmed the attack in the Bryansk region on Telegram . The soldiers noted that the RDC sabotage and reconnaissance group was on its way to its goal and successfully ambushed the enemy vehicle. They also promised to publish a video.
