On Tuesday, June 13, large-scale fires broke out in several major cities of the Russian Federation*. In the southeast of Moscow, the Sadovod clothing market caught fire, an oil depot in Krasnodar was engulfed in flames, and a production building in St. Petersburg is on fire.

In Moscow, fire engulfed trade pavilions at the market, and evacuation of visitors began. The relevant emergency services are already at the scene. Sellers at Sadovod try to save their goods from the fire. The circumstances of the fire are being investigated.

Meanwhile, eyewitnesses are posting videos from the scene of the incident on social media.

In St. Petersburg, a massive fire broke out in an industrial building located near the Kupchino metro station. Firefighters are also working at the site, and no information has been received about any injuries. According to the channels, the building is multi-level.

Also this morning, an oil depot near the Yablunovsky bridge in Krasnodar was on fire. According to eyewitnesses, the smoke was visible for several kilometers. According to local authorities, the fire occurred on an area of 20 square meters.

The fire was localized, but later it was reported that it had reignited, with gas vapors catching fire on the plant’s flare riser.
