Russia reports shelling in Belgorod, Bryansk, Moscow, Kursk and Orel regions: the alleged target of the attack was a plant that manufactures components for Iskanders and Pantsers.
The attack was reported by regional governors.
Air defense forces shot down several targets on the approach to Belgorod. According to preliminary data, one person was killed and four were injured,said the governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov.
Russia’s Defense Ministry stated that air defense destroyed 13 MLRS shells over the Belgorod region.
On the evening of December 29, Governor Oleksandr Bogomaz reported that air defense systems shot down six airplane-type UAVs over Bryansk and the Bryansk region. There were no casualties or damage.
Russian telegram channels report that, according to preliminary information, the Kremlin’s Kremlin EL radio plant, which produces parts for Russian weapons, was attacked again.
Videos of explosions and air defense operations in Bryansk have been posted online.
Later, the Russian Ministry of Defense said that 32 unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down over the territories of Bryansk, Orel, Kursk and Moscow regions on the night of December 30.
- It is worth noting that the Silicon EL plant in Bryansk has already became the target of attacks. This company, among other things, manufactures parts for Pantsyr air defense systems and Iskander missile systems. The plant is one of the largest manufacturers of microelectronics in the aggressor country of Russia.
