Russians urgently “raised aviation”: a series of explosions occurred in occupied Mariupol

A fire broke out after the explosions.

On Thursday morning, September 7, a loud explosion occurred in the temporarily occupied Mariupol and its environs, followed by a fire.

This was reported by the advisor to the mayor of Mariupol Petro Andrushchenko.

According to him, at least two explosions were heard in the city, and one near the village of Mangush, located near Mariupol.

“After the explosions in Mariupol and its environs, a fire was recorded in the Port City area and near the concrete plant. The occupants report ‘aviation work’, but this is such a typical lie that they do not believe it themselves,” he noted.

Andrushchenko also added that after the explosions, the occupiers deployed aircraft from the Prymorsko-Akhtarsk and Rostov directions toward Zaporizhzhia. The reason for this action is still unknown.

Then Andriushchenko reported another “pop”.

“In the area of the fortifications near Volunteerivka in Kalmius district [of Mariupol], the occupiers’ positions were hit several times. It’s unclear what exactly hit them, it’s even possible that their own air defense system fell. But the 200 loaves were transported in more than one flight,” he said.
