Samsung has developed a limited edition of headphones with a panda-style case (photo)
Samsung will release a special version of the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro Twin Bao wireless headphones in South Korea. The new version is dedicated to two twin pandas born on July 7, 2023, in the Korean amusement park Everland. The teddy bears were named Rui Bao (Korean for “wise treasure”) and Hui Bao (Korean for “shining treasure”).
The special limited edition version of the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro Twin Bao headphones differs from the regular model in an unusual case. It looks like the head of a recognizable animal with ears. At first glance, it may seem that both cases are the same. However, if you pay attention to the mouth of the pandas, you will notice that one of them has it slightly open.
Buyers will be able to purchase Galaxy Buds 2 Pro Twin Bao as part of a set of headphones and an unusual case, or buy only the case. The graphite-colored headphones will be offered in a case dedicated to Rui Bao, and the white version will be offered in a case dedicated to Hui Bao.
Galaxy Buds 2 Pro Twin Bao will be sold in South Korea for 195,000 won (about $146). The themed case is priced at 42,900 won (about $32). The cases are compatible with Galaxy Buds FE, Galaxy Buds Live, Galaxy Buds 2, and Galaxy Buds Pro headphones. Sales of new products on Samsung’s website will start on February 21.
