Samsung says its Galaxy Ring will last up to 9 days on a single charge
Samsung has officially unveiled its new Galaxy Ring smart ring at the Galaxy Unpacked event held at MWC 2024. This was the company’s first attempt to enter the smart ring market and compete with well-known devices such as Oura Ring.
One of the most important aspects of the new device is its battery life. According to Korean media reports, the Galaxy Ring’s battery can last up to five to nine days without needing to be recharged, making it competitive with other smart rings. The smallest Galaxy Ring will have a capacity of 14.5 mAh, and the largest – 21.5 mAh.
Specific release details have not yet been confirmed, but the Galaxy Ring is expected to hit the market by the end of this year. However, it should be noted that the details of battery life and other aspects still need to be clarified, as the device is still under development.
