Since the beginning of the Russian aggression in Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance has created an IT army, which has joined the Ukrainian and foreign IT specialists. Since then, the team has managed to attack more than 600 Russian online resources.
What is known
Hackers have blocked most government websites, Russian media and online services that support the enemy. In addition, they attack banks, credit unions, digital signature services, and many consumer services daily. The IT army is still working to spread the truth digitally among the Russian population about the atrocities committed by the occupiers in Ukraine.
