The aircraft was performing a training flight in a deserted area without any ammunition.

On Saturday, August 12, a Su-30 aircraft crashed in the Kaliningrad region of the Russian Federation. The crew members were killed.

This information was confirmed by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, according to the Telegram channel GolosToday.

It is noted that the aircraft was conducting a training flight in a deserted area without ammunition.

According to preliminary information, the accident was caused by a technical malfunction.

Earlier it became known that the Ukrainian military managed to shoot down a Russian military aircraft, whose pilots ejected. Soldiers of the 93rd separate mechanized brigade “Kholodny Yar” distinguished themselves at the front, shooting down a Russian plane and filming it.

The published footage allows us to see the downed Russian Armed Forces plane falling, during which two pilots ejected. The location and time of the downing have not yet been reported.

Also, the Ukrainian intelligence service has come up with an original way to “congratulate” Russian sailors on Navy Day. For example, Russian sailors, including commanders, received a “congratulatory” message from hackers containing the virus. He collected data from the Russians’ devices and transferred it to Ukrainian servers.
