Telegram Business: a personal profile can now be transferred to a business account
The social network Telegram has announced the launch of Telegram Business features. The company’s founder Pavel Durov writes about this.
Users can now convert their personal Telegram accounts into business accounts.

You can add an address and business hours to your business page, organize chats with color-coded tags, and use automatic greeting messages and quick response templates.
Durov promises that “this is just the beginning.” The new Telegram Business features are intended to expand human interaction with chatbots.
Telegram business accounts will be able to add chatbots to automatically communicate in all or selected chats.
