Terms of use agreement
This Agreement defines the terms of use of materials and services of the website https://sundries.news/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) by visitors (hereinafter referred to as “Users”).
1. General Conditions
1.1. The use of the materials and services of the Website is regulated in accordance with international laws and norms.
1.2. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the Site’s materials, the User agrees to this Agreement.
1.3. The Site Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes take effect 3 (three) days after the new version of the Agreement is posted on the site. If the User disagrees with the changes, they are obliged to stop accessing the Site and cease using its materials and services.
2. User Obligations
2.1. The User agrees not to take actions that can be considered as violating Ukrainian legislation or international law norms, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, and any actions that lead or may lead to disruption of the normal functioning of the Site and its services.
2.2. The use of the Site’s materials without the consent of the rights holders is not allowed. To legally use the Site’s materials, it is necessary to enter into licensing agreements (obtain licenses) from the rights holders.
2.3. When quoting the Site’s materials, including protected copyright works, linking to the Site is a mandatory condition.
2.4. Comments and other entries by the User on the Site must not contradict the requirements of Ukrainian law and generally accepted norms of morality and ethics.
2.5. The User is warned that the Site Administration is not responsible for visiting and using external resources, links to which may be contained on the Site.
2.6. The User agrees that the Site Administration is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or actual losses or damages related to any content of the Site, registration of copyright and information about such registration, goods or services available on or obtained through external sites or resources, or other contacts of the User, which they entered using the information posted on the Site or links to external resources.
2.7. The User accepts that all materials and services of the Site or any part of them may be accompanied by advertising. The User agrees that the Site Administration has no responsibility and no obligations in connection with such advertising.
3. Other Conditions
3.1. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement or related to it shall be resolved in accordance with applicable international norms.
3.2. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as establishing agency relationships, partnership relations, joint activity relationships, personal hiring relationships, or any other relationships between the User and the Site Administration not expressly provided for in the Agreement.
3.3. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of the Agreement by a court does not invalidate the other provisions of the Agreement.
3.4. Inaction by the Site Administration in case of violation of the Agreement’s provisions by any of the users does not deprive the Site Administration of the right to take appropriate actions later to protect its interests and the copyright of materials legally protected under the legislation.
3.5 The User must familiarize themselves and accept the privacy policy before continuing to use the Site.
The User confirms that they are familiar with all the points of this Agreement and unconditionally accepts them.
