The Armed Forces began to operate E-300 Enterprise and D-80 Discovery drones (video)
The Ukrainian company AeroDrone offered the Ministry of Defense commercial UAVs suitable for combat missions. The Ministry of Defense approved the use of two models of drones by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It is about E-300 Enterprise and D-80 Discovery. Company representative Dmytro Shimkiv reported this on Facebook.
AeroDrone has been on the Ukrainian market since 2018. The company was founded by the Ukrainian entrepreneur Yuriy Pederii. He thanked Oleksiy Reznikov and other senior officials of the Ministry of Defense for the opportunity to provide assistance to the Ukrainian army.
E-300 Enterprise
The E-300 Enterprise model was originally developed for the delivery of postal items. The manufacturing company does not disclose the technical characteristics of the aircraft. It is known that it is capable of developing speeds of up to 150 km/h. The carrying capacity of the drone is 300 kg.
D-80 Discovery
Information about this drone model is available in open sources. He is able to move in the air according to the given coordinates. Takeoff and landing are carried out by the drone in automatic mode. The payload can be dropped by the UAV at certain points.
