The Armed Forces destroyed a rare T-62M tank with a barbecue on the tower with the help of the Fagot anti-tank missile system
Recently, photos of canned Russian T-62M tanks with a ‘brazier’ on the tower began to appear on the Internet. Ukraine’s armed forces are already destroying them at the front.
Russian troops have decided to upgrade the rare T-62M by installing an improvised lattice protection on the roof. They were immediately nicknamed ‘barbecue’. One T-62M tank was destroyed by the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the help of the Fagot missile system. The shot was fired from an anti-RPG gun, apparently, on a smartphone, and the moment the projectile hit the tank was captured by a drone.
It will be recalled that the age of the tanks will soon correspond to their names. In 2022, the T-62M will be 60 years old, but this does not prevent the Russian Federation from sending them to Ukraine. The main reason is the large losses in armored vehicles.
