According to the department’s announcement, the authorities worked out the algorithm of actions in the event of a nuclear strike online. According to the legend of the exercises, Russia used a tactical nuclear weapon against one of the infrastructure facilities in the region.
The head of Donetsk OVA, Pavlo Kyrylenko, noted that the police, doctors, rescuers and the authorities should know what to do in such conditions, taking into account the weather factor.
‘We must be ready for any development of events because a driven rat from its bunker can give even the craziest order. In such a case, it will be necessary to react quickly and in a coordinated manner,’ said Kirylenko.
It will be recalled that on November 14, negotiations between the Russian and American delegations regarding nuclear weapons were held in Ankara, the capital of Turkey. The USA warned the Kremlin against its use.
The media also reported that the US is working to neutralize Moscow’s nuclear potential with the help of strategic non-nuclear weapons. It is claimed that the United States is allegedly planning strategic offensive operations, in which a significant number of Russian nuclear weapons would be destroyed even before the command decides to strike.
