On the day of the terrorist attack, Vladimir Putin did not make an address to the public, but only conveyed “gratitude to the doctors” through Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova and wished “recovery” to the victims of the shooting and fire at Crocus City Hall.
US officials commented to the media that the Islamic State (ISIS) was responsible for the terrorist attack on the Crocus City Hall concert hall. According to them, in March, Washington received intelligence that the Islamic State branch of ISIS-K, based in Afghanistan, was preparing a terrorist attack in Moscow.
