The iPhone 17 Pro will be the first Apple smartphone to receive Face ID sensors under the screen
Ross Young, an insider and founder of Display Supply Chain Consultants, has revealed some details about Apple’s future top smartphones.
According to the insider, Apple will start installing Face ID sensors in Pro versions of iPhones under the screen in two years. That is, we are talking about iPhone 17 Pro models. Interestingly, the new products will still have a notch for the front camera. The company wants to completely get rid of the holes in 2027 with the release of the iPhone 19 Pro.
