The prisoner told how the rusians tried to save the missile cruiser ‘Moscow’

After the russians sailor saw the crew of the cruiser “Moscow” being “rescued”, he was transferred to the “infantry”, where his wounded man was thrown in the first battle.

The Security Service of Ukraine has published the interrogation of a captured Russian sailor who took part in an unsuccessful attempt to conduct a rescue operation with the destroyed missile “Neptune” of the missile cruiser “Moscow”. He was taken prisoner after being seen “ashore” in the infantry and was thrown into battle without any additional training.

There were a lot of corpses and mostly the rescue was very sad [orig. – sad]. The ship was lost, it sank, it could not be towed… I looked at what was on the “Moscow”, and did not want to see that in the middle of the sea you die . It is very terrible. And I refused … “- the prisoner told.

The fact that the operation really took place is very “sad” and says a number of facts, in particular, recorded a long period of time between the defeat of the cruiser and the departure from Sevastopol of the necessary squad of rescue forces. That is, while the order was given to carry out the operation, while it began to be carried out, russians sailors from “Moscow” were simply thrown by the command of the Russian Black Sea Fleet to die. And in general, the situation with the death of the submarine “Kursk” was repeated, when the postponement of the rescue operation is the main reason for the loss of the entire crew.

That is, when the rescue vessels approached the cruiser, most likely, there was simply no one to rescue. Of course, after that, the russians sailors did not have any desire to go to sea, realizing that you would be thrown to die just at sea. But the situation is not better in the infantry units of the Russian army, said the prisoner, who after seeing went to fight “in the infantry.”

“We were sent to reconnaissance, 30 people on two armored personnel carriers, came under mortar fire. Many were killed and wounded at once. I was bleeding, the commanders said that we had to throw the wounded, because otherwise you would not escape. captive.

He also added that he had not undergone any training after being “written off ashore”, he did not even know how to apply a tourniquet, he had already been bandaged by the Armed Forces.
