Russia has announced a hunt for the THeMIS robot, which is in service with the Armed Forces of Ukraine and is used to evacuate wounded soldiers of the Ukrainian army from the battlefield. It is of technical interest to the occupiers. For the delivery of the robotic platform in general, the Russian Tsnap promises to pay 1 million rubles. This became known from the Russian propagandist Oleksandr Kots.
THeMIS robots are manufactured by Milrem Robotics, which has Estonian registration. They are in service with the armies of NATO countries. So far, the Armed Force has only one such robotic mechanism.
The Ukrainian army operates a robot with a platform for transporting wounded and useful cargo weighing up to 1200 kg. It can also be equipped with weapons such as a 30mm cannon, a Javelin or Stugna anti-tank system, and a reconnaissance system. THeMIS robots have the armies of Norway, the USA and other NATO countries.
