The Ukrainian eCheckout has been combined with the Shlyakh system

As part of the eCheck project, international road carriers were able to track all online bookings in their personal account.

From now on, you can view active queues through your personal account in the Shlyakh system. It is about the status of each truck and bus registered to the carrier. Optional tracking has become available through the integration of the eCherge and Shlyakh systems, which have recently been combined by the Ministry of Community, Territorial and Infrastructure Development.

“The Ministry is in constant dialog with carriers and drivers, and all constructive suggestions for improving the eChechera service are always taken into account. The function of driver replacement, availability in seven languages, the ability of the carrier to monitor the queues of their cars simultaneously – this is just a part of the functionality that was developed for the convenience of users,” said Oleksandr Kubrakov, Deputy Prime Minister for Recovery and Minister of Community Development.

You can check the status of all cars in the electronic queue in your personal account of the Shlyakh system in the My eCheckout tab.

The motor carrier can review it:

  • vehicles registered in the electronic queue;
  • the status of the car in the eTurn;
  • data on the company, vehicle, and trailer;
  • number of the cargo customs declaration.
From now on, in the My eCheckpoint tab of the Shlyakh system, you can see how far your car is from the border and how long it spent at the checkpoint – eCheckpoint sees everything and will show you everything. Photo: dpsu.gov.ua

As you know, Ukraine has been testing an electronic recording service for crossing the border by bus since August 1. The test covers eight checkpoints, regular and irregular routes. Based on the results of the test, a slotting service will soon be available, which will allow you to choose the time of border crossing according to the bus schedule.

During the operation of the e-queue, 415 thousand trucks and almost 7 thousand buses have already crossed the border using electronic records.
