“They will get an environmental disaster”: Putin announces strikes on Western Ukraine

Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev believes that the occupiers’ attacks on Odesa, Izmail and other cities in the south are not enough. In July alone, the Russian army launched 150 missiles at Ukraine.

Deputy Chairman of the Security Council and former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has threatened to cause an environmental disaster in western Ukraine. He wrote about this in Telegram.

In his opinion, the Ukrainian government “understands only cruelty and force.” Presumably, the former president made the threats because of the successful attack on August 5 in the Black Sea, which damaged the SIG tanker.

“Apparently, it’s not enough for them to hit Odesa, Izmail, etc. If Kyiv’s b**tch wants to cause an environmental disaster in the Black Sea, it should do it on the part of the territory that will soon fall off to Poland and will stink for centuries afterwards,” the official said.

Medvedev believes that such an outcome would be the final decision on the grain deal for Ukraine.

As a reminder, the War monitor group has calculated the number of Russian missiles fired at Ukraine in July. The Russian Armed Forces launched 150 missiles and 265 Shahed kamikaze drones.

On August 2, Ukrainian Air Force spokesman Yuriy Ihnat said that Russia would continue to launch ballistic and cruise missiles at Ukraine. This is why air defense systems need to be strengthened.
