Three new generative artificial intelligence features will be available in the next version of Chrome
Google has announced that it will add new generative artificial intelligence features to Chrome in the next update, which should make the browser easier to use. They include a tab organizer, a writing assistant, and the ability to generate themes and illustrations throughout the browser.
To enable the new features, you will need to turn on the Experimental AI switch on the settings page, which is located in the drop-down menu with three dots, Engadget reports.
The Tab Organizer automatically suggests ways to categorize all open tabs in Chrome windows and offers the ability to create groups. This can be useful if you have a lot of duplicate tabs open. AI will combine open pages by topic. For example, tabs related to fees can be combined into a group, and AI will suggest a name such as “Help for the Armed Forces”.
Chrome’s new text assistant will be launched as an experimental tool to help users create text, including reviews or social media posts. The tool can also finish a sentence or suggest options for continuing the text.
Customization is nothing new for most Google tools, such as Mail or Docs, and now Chrome will allow you to personalize the browser’s visual design using artificial intelligence. You can search for topics by description, such as “small beach town” or “Blade Runner,” and see the AI-generated topic options before selecting one.
