Turkish drone Akıncı successfully launches new cruise missile Çakır during tests (video)
Turkey successfully tested the Çakır cruise missile.
The information was shared by Baykar on its Twitter page. The missile was launched from an unmanned aerial vehicle Akıncı. Çakır successfully hit a target at sea at a distance of 100 km. During the test, the missile flew at a maximum speed of 800 km/h.

Çakır is a new generation cruise missile. The missile is being developed by the Turkish company Roketsan. It can be launched from land, sea and air platforms. The declared range of the target is over 150 km.
