Ukraine will receive unprecedented support from Britain: Air defense, missiles, tanks and boats

The UK government announces the largest military aid package for Ukraine, worth 500 million pounds.

This was reported by the press service of the British government.

The aid is expected to be announced by British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak during his visit to Poland.

The 500 million pounds allocated by the government will be used to quickly deliver to Ukraine urgently needed ammunition, air defense equipment, armored vehicles, and drones to be purchased in the UK.

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak meets with his Polish counterpart Donald Tusk in Warsaw to discuss deepening British-Polish relations.

As well as the threat from Russia and Britain’s efforts to support European security and Ukraine.

Earlier in April, Defense Secretary Grant Shapps said that the UK is considering transferring the first samples of the DragonFire laser air defense system to Ukraine.

BAE Systems also signed an agreement with the UK government to maintain and repair L119 guns in Ukraine.

Implementation of the agreement will make it possible to transfer repaired weapons directly to the battlefield as soon as possible.
