On December 3, explosions were heard in the temporarily occupied Luhansk, and LIGA.net’s interlocutors on the ground reported that the loudest explosions were in the Eastern neighborhoods. In the morning, local residents reported that the oil depot was on fire, and the fire could not be extinguished. This was confirmed by the StratCom of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
