The day before, there was a package hanging on the wires. The Ministry of Emergency Situations had to use a fire truck to dismantle the Ukrainian flag.
On Friday, August 18, the national flag of Ukraine was spotted near the Federal Security Service building adjacent to the building in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia. This was reported by the local Telegram channel “Nyzhnyi No. 1”.
In response to the incident, local administrative officials promptly arrived at the scene and called in specialists from the fire service and the Ministry of Emergency Situations to take appropriate action.
Local media reported that he was hanged on Rodionova Street.
Witnesses to the incident said that a large bag was attached to the wires the day before. In the early morning hours of August 18, the bag was ripped open, revealing the flag of Ukraine in full view of everyone.
“The flag was promptly dismantled by the Ministry of Emergency Situations. They even had to use a fire truck to do it,” the Russians complained.
