Ukrainian FPV drone Phoenix 03 Heavy destroys Russian Murom-P surveillance station
Ukraine’s Armed Forces destroyed another Russian army surveillance station. This time, the Defense Forces eliminated Murom-P.
The Russian surveillance complex was installed on the territory of the temporarily occupied Kherson region. “Murom-P” was destroyed using a Phoenix 03 Heavy unmanned aerial vehicle. It is an FPV drone.
The video of the surveillance station’s destruction was published by the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov. In March this year, the Armed Forces of Ukraine received 100 Phoenix 03 Heavy FPV drones as part of the Army of Drones project. Technical specifications are not specified.
According to the minister, the Army of Drones campaign has made it possible to train 10,000 drone operators. The project was created by the Ministry of Digital Transformation in cooperation with the crowdfunding platform UNITED24, which raised $325 million in a year.
