Ukrainian troops destroyed an upgraded BTR-82A with a consumer drone
Ukrainian defenders continue to destroy the occupiers’ armored vehicles with simple drones.
A video of the destruction of the BTR-82A armored personnel carrier has appeared on the Internet. An anti-tank grenade was dropped on the vehicle.
The occupiers tried to hide their armored personnel carrier, covering it with camouflage nets and bushes. After an accurate hit in the armored personnel carrier tore off the tower.

BTR-82 is a deep modernization of the BTR-80 model. This is a relatively new armored personnel carrier. It began to be produced only in 2011, two years after the collection of the first experimental images. The Russian army adopted the equipment less than 10 years ago.
The BTR-82A has a unified module with a weapon stabilization system, which is represented by a 30 mm 2A72 rapid-fire cannon. The usual BTR-82 uses a 14.5-machine gun KPVT. The gun was supplemented by a Kalashnikov machine gun.
