Urtopia will release a bicycle with artificial intelligence
More details about the Urtopia Fusion E-Bike based on artificial intelligence are coming. The futuristic electric bicycle will be demonstrated at the upcoming CES 2024.
It seems that bike manufacturers are trying to fill their products with as many technologies as possible. Nowadays, electric bicycles are much more than just a solution for urban mobility of leisure vehicles. Perhaps the bike that embodies this most is the Urtopia Fusion, a machine that integrates artificial intelligence into its user-centered design.
ChatGPT is currently the most popular AI. Everyone knows what it is, and many people use it every day for work, study, or just for fun. As it turned out, ChatGPT plays a rather important role in the design of Urtopia Fusion.
You’ll probably be able to talk to your e-bike, give it commands and ask it random things – maybe about the place you’re planning to go. In addition, the Urtopia Fusion integrates other high-tech tools such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS with 4G support. There is even an amazing fingerprint sensor to turn on the e-bike.
Urtopia Fusion will also have some familiar connectivity features such as Google Maps, Apple Health, and even Strava integration. It is driven by a fairly familiar powertrain, a Bafang M510 engine with a torque of 90 newton meters. The motor is rated at 250 watts in accordance with the limits of European legislation on electric bicycles, but it certainly has enough power to flatten even the steepest hills. As for the battery, it has a capacity of 353 Wh with a target range of 180 kilometers on a single charge.
Urtopia also talks about the brakes, which consist of Magura MT4 eSTOP hydraulic blocks. Fusion rides on 28-inch wheels shod with Schwalbe Big Apple balloon tires for a comfortable ride. As for the frame, it has a minimalist, futuristic look.
Given all these interesting features, those who want to see the functionality of the Urtopia Fusion will have to wait until CES 2024 to see it in metal. The event is scheduled for January 10-13, 2024 and will take place in Las Vegas.
