200 Roshel Senator armored personnel carriers will enter service with the Armed Forces
Canada is preparing a new military aid package for Ukraine.
It was announced by Canadian Defense Minister Anita Anand during her visit to Ukraine. The new package will include 200 modern armored Senator vehicles worth about 90,000,000 Canadian dollars. It is not yet known when the deliveries of the machines will begin. By the way, at the beginning of the full-scale war, Canada transferred 8 such armored vehicles to Ukraine.

Senator is a new armored car from the Canadian company Roshel Defense Solutions. Production of vehicles began in 2019. The machine is built on the basis of the Ford F-series commercial truck.
The Senator APC is powered by a 400 horsepower Ford 6.7 TD V8 engine that delivers a top speed of 110 km/h. The armored car can be equipped with 7.62 mm or 12.7 mm machine guns, or a 40 mm automatic grenade launcher. 12 soldiers fit in the car.
