The domestic UAV “Postman” can fly 45+ kilometers deep into enemy territory (operational radius 55+ km), drop 6-8 kg of charges and return. The promising development is currently being tested.
“Today our Postman UAV has covered 115 kilometers at the training ground and still has 10% of its battery left. One hundred and fifteen kilometers! (The photo shows the Mission Planner readings.) This means that we can confidently say that in combat conditions we can count on an operational radius of ≈55 km. And to return back!” wrote the aerial reconnaissance man who tested the equipment.
The domestic UAV “Postman” can operate at a distance greater than all the barrel artillery available to the Defense Forces (in the case of conventional shells).
The author also noted that the drone has already been tested in real combat conditions. The UAV was able to fly through the enemy’s electronic warfare zone and successfully complete the task.
