Ukrainian Sea Baby maritime drones equipped with Grad systems
In February of this year, Ukrainian volunteers raised funds for the production of Sea Baby marine drones in one day. However, as it turned out, it was not about kamikaze drones, but about a new modification of remotely controlled boats.

This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov. A new modification of the Sea Baby marine drone has received the Grad multiple launch rocket system. These drones have been successfully tested and are already actively used in combat operations. For example, the Security Service of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Navy recently used Sea Baby to effectively attack Russian troops’ positions on the Kinburn Spit.
What is Sea Baby?
The Sea Baby drone was developed by the Security Service of Ukraine. It is a universal platform that can perform various tasks. The kamikaze version of the drone is capable of carrying 850 kilograms of explosives and accelerating to 90 km/h. The maximum range of Sea Baby reaches 1000 km.
