Video cards for years: TOP-10 budget options that don’t lose their relevance
Experts from the XDA Developers portal have published a list of old graphics cards that will remain relevant in 2024. The selection includes 10 models that are characterized by an excellent price-performance ratio.
In tenth place is the GeForce GTX 1660 Super, which remains a good choice for 1080p games. GeForce GTX 1070, Radeon RX 6600, and Radeon RX 5700 XT took the next positions, providing a comfortable 1080p gaming experience.
GeForce GTX 1080 Ti, released 7 years ago, took sixth place. This model is still used for gaming in 1080p and 1440p resolutions. Next up is the GeForce RTX 2070 Super, which provides excellent image quality.
The GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, thanks to DLSS and ray tracing support, ranks fourth. Its alternative is the Radeon RX 6750 XT. The second place was taken by GeForce RTX 3070, which, despite the low amount of video memory, remains optimal for 2K gaming.
The leader was the 10GB GeForce RTX 3080. Experts called it “Nvidia’s latest almost flawless offering” devoid of serious flaws.
