Boeing received $3.1 billion for the production of air tankers for Israel and the United States
Boeing received contracts for the production and supply of KC-46A Pegasus air tankers.
A few days ago, Boeing signed a $927 million contract with the Israeli Ministry of Defense for the supply of four refueling aircraft. Deliveries will continue until December 2026. This is part of a procurement program that will also see Israel receive fifth-generation F-35 Lightning II fighter jets, submarines, advanced munitions and helicopters.
Boeing signed another contract with the United States Air Force. The company will deliver 15 KC-46A Pegasus aircraft by November 2025. The value of this agreement was $2.2 billion. Thus, Boeing received two contracts for a total of $3.1 billion.
