According to local sources, a substation exploded next to the Military Commissariat. The incident happened at a time when the Russian army was shelling Kharkiv.
In Belgorod, Russia, on the night of September 8, there was an explosion at a substation near the Military Commissariat on Knyaz Trubetskoho Street. There is a version that a missile launched in the direction of Ukraine hit the substation. This is reported by local Telegram channels.
As a result, almost ten streets of the regional center and several Belgorod villages remained without electricity. Difficulties with water supply are also highlighted, and local social networks report traffic jams.
The incident happened just when the Russian troops were conducting another missile attack on the territory of Kharkiv. Power outages occurred around one o’clock in the morning.

In the published video, a small flash can be seen, possibly from the launch of a projectile. Some time after the first explosion, there was another one, from which a glow was visible in the sky. A large-scale outbreak is reported at a substation. Power supply in the city was not restored even after several hours.
