Thanks to the brainchild of Baykar Tech, Turkey managed to bypass its closest competitors in the market of combat drones, represented by the People’s Republic of China and Israel. Everyone who has seen the BLPA in real combat has no doubts about its high efficiency.
In the ranking of copter suppliers by the number of customer countries, the Bayraktar TB2 drone is on the first line. It surpassed its closest competitor, the MQ-9 Reaper from the American vendor General Atomics, by 16 positions. Orders for the supply of ‘Zhnets’ were placed by 8 countries of the world.
Turkish BLPA want to see 24 countries armed with their armies.
