LG Display demonstrated a new flexible screen technology.
This is a display that can stretch from 12 to 14 inches and back without damage. According to the manufacturer, such flexible displays can be used in clothing and furniture, because the screen can easily take complex shapes, and the ability to stretch makes it more comfortable to wear.
As for the specifications, the screen has a pixel density of 100 ppi, which is similar to a 4K TV with a 40-inch panel. In addition, it boasts RGB capabilities, a special silicon substrate used in contact lenses, and micro-LEDs. They are connected by S-shaped springs. Thanks to them, the screen stretches by 20%.
