Ukrainian company Skyassist starts mass production of Sirko UAVs with electric motor and a range of up to 100 km

Ukrainian company Skyassist has announced the start of mass production of the Sirko unmanned aerial vehicle.

The information was shared by Igor Krynychko, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Skyassist. According to Mr. Krynychko, the company has managed to establish ties with various foreign suppliers of components. The company cooperates with Israel, Canada, Taiwan, and China. In total, Skyassist plans to produce 800 to 1000 UAVs per month.

Sirko is a tactical reconnaissance drone. It can also be used to adjust artillery. The drone is made of polymeric and radio-transparent materials. This makes it difficult to spot on radar. Sirko is powered by a low-noise electric motor. The drone weighs 1.5 kg. It has a wingspan of 0.9 meters. The UAV can fly up to 100 km. The declared flight time is about 90 minutes. The drone is launched using a special catapult.
