The Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs informs that the cost of state registration of vehicles is changing due to the rise in price of blank products.
The cost of a comprehensive registration or re-registration service includes several payments, including for the vehicle registration certificate form. A new batch of letterhead products was received at the new tariff.
Previously, the estimated cost of letterhead products was UAH 312, and now it will be UAH 405. The price increase applies only to cases where a registration certificate is issued on a physical form (plastic card), the cost of obtaining an e-certificate of registration of a vehicle has not changed.
The owner of the vehicle or his/her representative may, if he/she wishes, refuse the traditional plastic document and receive only an electronic vehicle registration certificate. The virtual documents displayed in the Diia app and the Driver’s Electronic Account are valid only on the territory of Ukraine. In case of refusal of a traditional document on the digital-first principle, the cost of letterhead products is not paid at all.
The estimated cost of vehicle registration or re-registration is:
for vehicles of all categories or individual units (with the issuance of a license plate) – UAH 955:
- service – UAH 200,
- the certificate form – UAH 405,
- license plate – UAH 350;
for motor vehicles (with the issuance of a license plate) – UAH 727:
- service – UAH 200,
- the certificate form – UAH 405,
- license plate – UAH 122;
for trailers (with the issuance of a license plate) – UAH 716:
- service – UAH 200,
- the certificate form – UAH 405,
- license plate – UAH 111;
for mopeds or their individual units is UAH 698 (with the issuance of a license plate):
- service – UAH 200,
- the certificate form – UAH 405,
- license plate – UAH 93.
A fee may be charged separately by a banking institution or payment system.
Many service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs still have forms from the previous batch from the printing company. Therefore, they will provide the service at the rate of UAH 312 until the stock of all these forms is exhausted.
