After the successful deployment of SCALP EG, France will continue to supply the Ukrainian Armed Forces with cruise missiles with a range of over 250 km

France has already handed over to Ukraine all the long-range SCALP EG missiles that were promised as part of the first batch. But deliveries will continue.

This statement was made by Ambassador of Ukraine to France Vadym Omelchenko. According to him, thanks to the effective use of SCALP EG, the supply of long-range cruise missiles will continue.

The ambassador also spoke positively about the pace of arms transfers. If France or Ukraine officially announce a supply, it means that the weapons have already arrived and are at the front.

France announced the transfer of missiles with a range of more than 250 kilometers to the Ukrainian Armed Forces in early August. At the same time, about two weeks ago, Volodymyr Zelenskyy first showed the SCALP EG under the wing of a Su-24 frontline bomber. It is the Soviet aircraft that is the carrier due to the lack of Western fighters.

The video was filmed on the afternoon of August 6 at one of the bases of the Ukrainian Air Force. A few hours after the event, Su-24s struck the Chongar bridge in Crimea and a bridge in Kherson region. It is possible that SCALP EG missiles were used.
