In Donetsk region, a train “crushed” by the occupants’ Arrow-10 SAM, the crew was killed – media

On the night of October 3, a train collided with an occupier’s Strela-10 anti-aircraft missile system at a railway crossing in Donetsk Oblast.

This was reported by the ASTRA Telegram channel.

“The night before, on the Yenakiyevo-Uglegorsk stretch, a freight train hit a Russian Arrow-10 SAM,” the statement said.

According to the Telegram channel, the occupier, who was driving the MLRS, was moving as part of a military convoy, but at some point lost control, drove off a bridge and was hit by a train.

As a result, the crew sitting in the SAM was killed, and two more Russian soldiers were wounded.

Strela-10 is a Soviet anti-aircraft missile system. It is designed for visual surveillance and destruction of air targets at low altitudes, up to 5 km. It was put into service in 1976.
