On the morning of Wednesday, October 11, two trains collided at the Pechatniki station of the Moscow metro. As a result of the accident, two people were injured – the driver and a young passenger.
This was reported by Russian telegram channels and media Medusa and RIA Novosti.
It is noted that the Moscow Department of Transport confirmed the incident in the subway, calling what happened “the rolling of an old train, which was heading from the depot without passengers, onto a train already at the station.”
According to media reports, two people were injured in a collision between two subway trains. The driver was trapped between the cars.
At the same time, according to the mayor of the Russian capital, Sergei Sobyanin, there were no seriously injured passengers during the collision. The driver is provided with medical assistance.
In addition, train traffic has been suspended on the salad line of the Moscow metro.
