The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported that an anti-aircraft missile appeared on the roof of the Third Building of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, which is located not far from the Kremlin.

In Moscow, anti-aircraft defense equipment began to be installed on administrative buildings. On one of the streets, the ‘Pantsir-S1’ anti-aircraft missile system was spotted, as reported by the NEXTA Live telegram channel.

The network reports that the complex was installed on the building at 8 Teterynskyi Lane, where the business center is located. Note that the Kremlin is only about 2 kilometers from there.

In addition, the installation appeared on the roof of the building of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, which was announced by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in Telegram.

‘The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation is also afraid of something,’ the message says.

The third building of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation is located on Frunzenskaya Embankment. The building is also located near the Kremlin.

What is ‘Pantsir-S1’ anti-aircraft missile defense system

‘Pantsir-S1’ is a self-propelled anti-aircraft missile-gun complex of sea and land bases. Intended for close coverage of civilian and military objects from all means of air attack. As of 2022, the Air and Missile Defense Forces have 36 Pantsir-S1 units.

Earlier it was reported that the S-400 air defense division was deployed in Moscow. RosZMI writes that many air defense complexes are located throughout the Moscow region. However, nothing was officially announced about the deployment of the S-400 directly in the capital of the Russian Federation.

It was also reported that Russia boasted of a new way of protecting communications from being intercepted in war. Specialists of the ‘Constellation’ concern suggested distorting the signals to make them more difficult to recognize. They expect that this will protect the complexes of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation from shelling.

Ukrainian intelligence said that the Russian Federation plans to deploy T-14 ‘Armata’ tanks in Ukraine. The British Ministry of Defense believes that the deployment of the T-14 will be a risky decision for Russia due to the problems of adapting the logistics chain.
