An earthquake struck in the Romanian mountains

An earthquake was recorded in Romania near the Vranca Mountains on the morning of October 25. There were earthquakes with a magnitude of 4.0 (on the Richter scale).

This was reported by the website of the Main Center for Special Control.

The source of the earthquake is reportedly located in Romania, near the Vranca Mountains, 127 km from the border with Ukraine at a depth of 131 km.

It is noted that the earthquake does not pose a threat to the population of Ukraine. The vibrations can be felt only by individuals who are in a calm state inside the room, especially on the upper floors.

The last powerful earthquake from the Vranca Mountains was recorded on June 17, 2023 with a magnitude of 4.1 (on the Richter scale).
