An explosion occurred in the occupied Crimea, smoke rose (photos)

On August 23, the temporarily occupied Crimea was visited by “cotton” on the Day of the National Flag of Ukraine. The explosion occurred near the village of Olenivka.

After that, a column of smoke rose into the sky. This was reported by the Telegram channel Mykolaiv Vanek.

“Good morning. Crimea. Olenivka,” the message reads.

The channel’s administrator also posted a photo with smoke seen by Crimeans after the explosion.

The explosion is also confirmed by the subscribers of the Crimean Wind Telegram channel.

At the same time, there are two settlements in Crimea named Olenivka. One of them is located near Hvardiyske, the other on Cape Tarkhankut. Although users in the comments to the post claim that the explosions were heard in the area of the second Olenivka, there is no exact information in the post.

Instead, Crimean Wind claims that it is about Olenivka in Tarkhankut.

“As we are informed, the arrival was a Russian military facility on Cape Tarkhankut. It is not yet known exactly which one, as there have been many new ones recently,” the statement said.

The Russian Cheka-OGPU Telegram channel also writes that “according to some reports, the attack was on a military facility.”

At the same time, on the morning of August 23, collaborator Oleg Kryuchkov, who calls himself “an adviser to the head of the Crimean government,” announced that Russian occupiers had destroyed ammunition in a number of settlements on the occupied Ukrainian peninsula during the day.

The night before, the temporarily occupied Crimea was also “alarming”: shooting was heard in Sevastopol, and the Kerch Bridge was blocked again.
