An innovative concept of a two-wheeled electric vehicle SHANE is presented

Electric vehicles offer a number of advantages, such as lower emissions, lower maintenance costs, and better performance. One of the most innovative electric vehicle concepts is SHANE, a first-of-its-kind parallel two-wheeled electric vehicle developed by Shane Chen.

Chen is a long-time inventor who has developed and patented many innovative inventions, including the first self-balancing scooter, Hovertrax, which became famous in 2012. Chen currently holds 76 patents, including the popular hoverboards, Solowheel, Orbitwheels, Powerwing, and Aquaskipper.

SHANE is a car that combines elegant futuristic design with innovative features. It is equipped with large wheels that minimize rolling resistance and regenerative wheel shocks that save damping energy to recharge the battery.

Shifting the center of gravity relative to the wheels counteracts the torque when driving and braking to keep the vehicle horizontal, making it as stable and safe as if it were on four wheels.

While driving, the wheels automatically react to the car body, keeping the car in perfect balance, allowing the car to drive safely at high speeds, which was previously impossible.

The car is designed to comfortably accommodate five adult passengers. The front of the car has large opening doors that provide easy access for passengers. There is also a rear access that can be used to access the cargo area in the rear.

“Until now, two-wheeled cars just weren’t practical or sustainable enough for everyday driving. I was excited to create a concept car with two wheels that can travel at high speeds and be energy efficient,” says Shane Chen.
