Apple Watch Series 10 will be able to monitor blood pressure and recognize respiratory arrest during sleep

Bloomberg insider and journalist Mark Gurman has revealed some details about the Apple Watch Series 10 smartwatch.

According to an insider, Apple is planning to add a blood pressure sensor to the 10th generation of smartwatches.

In addition, the watch will be able to recognize sleep apnea (stopping of respiratory movements). The report says that this feature will use the user’s sleep pattern and breathing information. Based on this data, the watch will be able to detect diseases. If a person has such a disease, the device will advise them to consult a doctor.

You should not expect the release of Apple Watch Series 10 with new features in the near future. The watch is to be unveiled in the fall of 2024.
