Attack on a unique chemical plant in Tver region: intelligence confirms successful UAV hit

According to information confirmed by Ukrainian intelligence, on September 13, a successful attack took place on the Redkin Research Plant in the Tver region of Russia. This company specializes in manufacturing products for the aviation and space industry.

In a comment to Hromadske, a source in the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine confirmed the hit and damage to the facility.

The company’s website states that for many years the plant has been a manufacturer of “unique chemical products for the aviation and space industry.”

An intelligence source told RBC-Ukraine that decylene, an aviation fuel, is produced there.

In the morning, Russian propaganda media reported that air defense had allegedly shot down a drone in the Tver region. However, the Telegram channels SHOT and Baza wrote that the drone debris fell on the territory of the Redkin Research Plant and caused “minor damage.”
