BAYKAR presents Kemankes cruise missile with a range of over 200 km
The Turkish company BAYKAR has announced its new development – the Kemankes cruise missile.
The missile was shown at Teknofest 2023, which is currently taking place in Istanbul. Kemankes boasts an AI-enabled optical guidance system that is responsible for detecting, identifying, and targeting the target during the final segment of the flight.

The missile weighs 30 kg (6 kg of warhead) and is 1.73 m long. The declared cruising speed is 360 km/h (Mach 0.3) and the maximum speed is 720 km/h (Mach 0.7). The new product is capable of hitting targets at a distance of over 200 km.
The Kemankes cruise missile will be carried by Bayraktar Akinci, Bayraktar TB2 and Bayraktar TB3 drones.
