Bayraktar TB3 can cover 1,900 km in any weather
The Bayraktar TB3 removed the landing gear for the first time during the flight, which was part of the fifth test. According to Defense Mirror, the promising drone spent six hours in the sky over Tekirdag province.
Selçuk Bayraktar announced the successful completion of the fifth test at X. They took place in difficult weather conditions. During the flight over the Sea of Marmara, the aircraft reached a speed of 130 km/h.

According to a report published by Bayraktar, tests of the Bayraktar TB3 on an aircraft carrier are to begin next year. The takeoff weight of the drone is 280 kg. It can carry a payload of 280 kg. The drone is almost twice as large as its predecessor in terms of payload capacity. It can cover 1,900 km in one flight.
In the video below, you can see that a short runway is enough for the new UAV to take off. Bayraktar TB3 will start mass production next year. The first drones will be manufactured for the TGG Anadolu ship by order of the Turkish army.
