Beta version of the Arc browser, which allows for page customization, is now available for Windows

Arc, an Internet browser from The Browser Company that was previously available only for Mac, is coming to Windows.

The company has announced that the first invitations to the beta version for Windows are already arriving. This was the result of several months of requests from Windows users who want to try Arc. Back in September, the company announced that there were already more than 500,000 people on the Windows waiting list.

The Browser Company plans to continue the registration process for a month before “rapidly” increasing the number of invitations in the new year, Engadget reports. Although the company hasn’t said whether the Windows version will have all the same features as the Mac version, features such as Peek (which allows you to preview a link before opening it in a separate tab) and Little Arc (a lightweight browser window designed to quickly view something) are definitely ported.

Since the Windows version is still in beta, users may notice some missing features, but they will most likely appear with updates as they go.

The Browser Company describes Arc as a much better way to use the Internet. The goal is to provide “a cleaner, calmer experience that helps users better organize their time online.” Arc has several features that distinguish it from other browsers such as Safari, Chrome, and Microsoft Edge.

Among its unique features is the ability to customize (or vandalize) any website. There is also a sidebar that stores your bookmarks and tabs. Arc helps prevent clutter with lots of open tabs by archiving them. It is also possible to create storage space for research for individual projects.
